Shipping 📦

Shipping is included in the price of every item, so there are no extra shipping fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Where do you ship? US addresses only.
How fast? Most orders ship quickly after you order, and delivery can take up to 15 business days.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, when one is available.

All sales are final. We don't accept returns on any orders, including blind boxes.

The one exception: if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or if your order never arrives, we'll make it right.

How to ask: Fill out the form on our Contact page within 10 days of delivery and include your order number. Tell us what happened and we'll reply with how to send photos.
What we'll do: We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method where possible. Your bank may take several business days to show it.
Never arrived? If your order hasn't shown up after the delivery window above, contact us and we'll look into it.

We start processing orders quickly, so contact us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to cancel it.
