1. Overview

This website is operated by The Viral Vault ("we", "us", "our"), a store operated by Hunter White and based in the United States (Alabama). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who Can Buy

We sell to customers with US shipping addresses only. By placing an order you confirm you are able to enter a binding contract, and that the information you give us (name, address, payment details) is accurate.

3. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors, sizes and designs may look a little different on your screen or in person. Blind boxes and mystery items contain a random design, and we cannot promise a specific one unless the product page says so. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Shipping is included in the product price. Payments are processed securely through our checkout, and we do not store your full card details. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund it.

6. All Sales Final

All sales are final and we do not accept returns on any orders, including blind boxes, which are non-refundable and non-returnable. The only exception is damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered orders reported through the form on our Contact page within 10 days, which are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us right away through our Contact page. If your order has not shipped, we will try to cancel it, but we cannot promise a change or cancellation once processing has started.

8. Our Content

All text, graphics, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission. Other brands and character names on products belong to their owners.

9. Acceptable Use

Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, to harm the site or other people, or to try to get around our security.

10. Disclaimer and Limits

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site or our products. Some products (like small items or toys) may not be suitable for young children; please check each product page and use common sense and adult supervision. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
