Refund policy

1. REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.  We do not accept returns on any orders, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This applies to every item in our store, including blind boxes and mystery items.

Exception: damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered orders.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or if your order never arrives, we'll make it right.

- Contact us through the form on our Contact page within 10 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and tell us what happened. We'll reply with how to send photos.
- If your claim is approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- If your order has not arrived after the delivery window listed in our Shipping policy, contact us and we'll look into it.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method where possible. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the refund.

Order changes and cancellations. We start processing orders quickly, so contact us right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to cancel it.

This website is operated by The Viral Vault ("we", "us", "our"), a seller based in the United States (Alabama). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Who can buy.
We sell to customers with US shipping addresses only. By placing an order you confirm you're able to enter a binding contract, and that the information you give us (name, address, payment details) is accurate.

3. Products.
We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors, sizes and designs may look a little different on your screen or in person. Blind boxes and mystery items contain a random design, and we can't promise a specific one unless the product page says so. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Prices and payment.
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. Shipping is included in the product price. Payments are processed securely through our checkout, and we don't store your full card details. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it.

5. Shipping.
See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6. All sales final.
All sales are final and we don't accept returns on any orders, including blind boxes. The only exception is damaged, defective, incorrect or undelivered orders, which are handled as described in our Refund policy.

7. Order changes and cancellations.
Contact us right away through our Contact page. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll try to cancel it, but we can't promise a change or cancellation once processing has started.

8. Our content.
All text, graphics, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission. Other brands and character names on products belong to their owners.

9. Acceptable use.
Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, to harm the site or other people, or to try to get around our security.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses from using the site or our products. Some products (like small items or toys) may not be suitable for young children; please check each product page and use common sense and adult supervision.
